The International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) is a non-governmental organization that aims to prevent suicide and suicidal behavior and to alleviate its effects worldwide. IASP is using technology to support mental health in various ways. For example, it has developed an online resource center that provides information, tools, and guidelines for suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. IASP also collaborates with the WHO to produce a media booklet that offers guidance on how to report suicide in a responsible and ethical way.
